At the International Collectors Association (ICA), we respect our members' privacy. Unless requested or through content violation, we do not censor content. On occasion, content may be used to assist in creating marketing and promotional pieces. In such instances, personally identifiable data will be removed or obscured where possible. On occasion, account data may be shared with promotional partners to the benefit of the content owner or community. General data sharing will not be used.
All members have a range of options for how much privacy they wish to initiate within their account settings. Privacy levels can be changed at any time desired. Privacy levels should always be considered when using any social account. The very nature of social platforms is that data is shared with the general public. It is a members obligation to understand what they post and that it may receive a broad general audience. While privacy levels can be adjusted, it is always best practice, especially on social platforms, that if one expects content privacy or that content is not to be shared, the best option is simply to not post such content.
